Meet the Committee
As a Community based Pre-school we are not able to run without our Committee. It is formed by electing its members from parents and family members of existing children, and occasionally parents of children who no longer attend our setting. We encourage our parents to join as you can really make a difference to your child’s pre-school. You’ll find that you’ll enjoy engaging with like-minded parents, and we make sure that we have a good time too!
All of the committee members are jointly responsible for making any financial or other management decisions.
All of the committee/volunteers will have to have a DBS check.
Only elected or co-opted persons can attend committee meetings.
There should be a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 members including the Officers.
The Officers: Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary are the four main roles required on the Committee.
